Ingredients:  Top Dog Bakery Uses Real Food In Pet Treats
Only the finest, freshest, and healthiest foods that you would be proud to serve to your
human family are good enough for our pet food recipes.  Why should our pets get anything
less?

Each creation is made by hand, baked by hand and packaged by hand.  We do not mass
produce our products and take pride in offering you a wide variety of quality, yummy treats
that are good for your pet and easy on your pocketbook.

Our meats are real.  They are not dehydrated, desiccated, freeze dried, or powdered.  We
use real, fresh meats not just the broth that we carefully prepare and blend into creamy, rich
purees.  The salmon is canned Alaskan Pink Salmon pureed and delicately seasoned.

Unsweetened coconut, unsweetened applesauce, and fresh ripe bananas are some of the
tasty foods used in our fruity dog treats.  Some treats are seasonal because they require
fresh fruits, such as our beautiful and healthy cranberry dog treats, that are only available
from November through January.

Our carrot treats contain fresh carrots gently steamed and pureed with a generous amount of
freshly grated raw carrot folded into the batter.

Fresh almonds are personally shelled by us as needed.  We do not use peanut butter that
can contain harmful sugars and other artificial additives such as hydrogenated oils.  We use
raw, blanched peanuts freshly ground just before baking.  You can see all the peanut chunks
and the aroma is irresistible.

The yogurts, cheeses and other dairy products are also fresh never powdered or dehydrated.

Because our research for health benefits is ongoing, it recently came to our attention that
canola oil is not the great product it is purported to be, particularly when cooked and
particularly for dogs. Therefore, we recently switched to pure olive oil.  This is an example of
our dedication and commitment to product improvement.

We are proud to use
Wilcox brand fresh eggs from cage-free chickens that are hormone- and
antibiotic-free. We do not use egg substitutes or dehydrated or powdered eggs.

The cinnamon and other spices are the best and only real vanilla, almond, and other extracts
are good enough for our recipes.

While most of our treats are made with whole wheat flour and lots of wholesome thick-cut
oats, wheat-free treats are available.

What we leave out of our recipes is equally as important as what we add.  We only use all
natural products in our pet foods.  There are no preservatives or hydrogenated and partially
hydrogenated oils, corn, baking powder, sugar, corn syrup, soy, human canned baby food,
pet food, or white flour in our biscuits.

We never skimp on ingredient quantities either.  Animals know the difference.  They can smell
it and they can taste the goodness in every yummy bite because . . .
